Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Protective films, tags, and packaging must remain intact
- The product must be returned with original box, warranty card, manuals, and invoice
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale may not be eligible (if marked final sale)
Henlos reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
- Size adjustments (if applicable)
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged item received
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Watches showing signs of wear or scratches
- Customized or engraved watches
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Note
Henlos reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
- Modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
- Email us at shakalyaenterprise@gmail.com
After inspection and approval, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
